A shareholder of Jiading International Group (08153) deposited shares into Changli Securities on April 24, with a deposited market value of HK$5.61 million, representing 16.66% of the holding. On the same day, Jiading International Group announced that all conditions precedent for the placement had been satisfied. A total of 6.93 million placement shares were successfully allocated pursuant to the placement agreement. The placement was completed on April 24, 2026, with 6.93 million new shares allotted and issued to no fewer than six independent third-party placees. The net proceeds from the placement, approximately HK$4.7 million, are intended for general working capital purposes.
