【财华社讯】2026年8月21日，出门问问有限公司（02438）公告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计的综合管理账目初步评估，预计期内归属公司权益股东的亏损约为45.0百万元至58.0百万元；而2025年同期亏损为7.2百万元。
公司指出，亏损扩大主要由以下两方面因素造成： 1. 行业竞争加剧及获客成本上升，集团在报告期内战略性收缩部分传统业务，减少对AIGC软件和智能硬件旧产品的资源投入，导致相关业务收入出现结构性下降。 2. 集团将战略资源聚焦于以AI Agent为核心的软硬件业务，持续加大对自研AI原生组织协作平台CodeBanana的投入及商业化推进，并继续进行TicNote智能硬件产品矩阵的研发、迭代与品牌建设，使得研发及销售费用降幅低于收入降幅，从而推高本期亏损。
公告强调，上述数据基于管理层对未经审计财务资料的初步评估，尚未经过核数师审核或审阅，最终结果将载于公司计划于2026年8月底前发布的中期业绩公告。
