CTF Media & Entertainment Limited (CTFME) will transition to an electronic-first model for all future shareholder communications from 24 September 2026, aligning with the amended Rule 2.07A(1) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association. Key elements of the new framework include:
• Actionable Corporate Communications – documents requiring shareholder instructions (e.g., proxy forms, election notices) will be sent individually via email. If CTFME lacks a functional email address for a shareholder, a printed copy and a request form for email details will be dispatched until valid contact information is received.
• General Corporate Communications – items such as annual reports, interim reports, circulars and meeting notices will be posted exclusively on both the company website (www.ctfme.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate hard-copy notification of publication will be issued; shareholders are expected to monitor these sites for updates.
• Email Registration Window – shareholders can register their email address by scanning the QR code provided in the company’s notice or by notifying the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, before 23 October 2026. Email consent will cover both actionable and general communications.
• Printed Copies on Demand – shareholders may request hard copies of any corporate communication at no cost by writing or emailing Tricor Investor Services. Such preferences remain valid until revoked or until the final day of each financial year, after which renewal is required.
CTFME states that it will be deemed compliant with Listing Rules if communications sent to a registered email do not generate a “non-delivery” message. Queries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services at +852 2980 1333 or 1097-ecom@vistra.com during standard business hours.
