公告同时披露，截至2026年4月14日，公司已发行股本维持在840,414,067股，库藏股数为0股。根据2025年6月27日通过的回购授权，BOSS直聘-W可回购最多91,613,918股，截至公告日已累计回购11,221,304股，占该授权总数约1.2248%。
