礼来 新款减肥药orforglipron有望于本季度获批上市，公司高管日前表态，已做好充分准备以满足市场预期需求。
去年11月，orforglipron获得美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)优先审评资格，审评周期由此前标准流程的10-12个月，大幅缩短至仅1-2个月。礼来已于12月向FDA正式提交该药物的上市申请。
“我们计划尽快在全球多个国家同步启动上市工作,”礼来制药首席科学与医学官Daniel Skovronsky在接受采访时表示，公司已斥资数百亿美元用于新建该药物的生产设施。
面向自费患者，orforglipron起始剂量月定价为149美元，更高剂量方案将使月费用升至399美元。
值得注意的是，一旦获批，orforglipron将直面市场竞争。诺和诺德(NVO.US)口服版减肥药Wegovy已于1月初上市，其起始剂量自费价格与orforglipron持平。
