翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（“翰思艾泰-B”，股票代码：03378）于2026年7月6日发布公告，披露公司于当日回购股份事项。
根据公告，翰思艾泰-B在香港联交所场内回购H股普通股共29,500股，占回购前已发行股本约0.022%。回购价格介乎每股28.6港元至29.2港元，合计涉及资金约85.45万港元。此次回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为134,429,030股，库藏股增至1,789,800股。
公告同时显示，翰思艾泰-B于2026年6月24日获得购回授权，可回购股份总数13,469,683股。截至目前，公司已合计回购267,800股，占授权通过时已发行股本的约0.1988%。本次回购后，公司在2026年8月5日之前将处于回购后的新股发行或再出售库藏股的暂止期。
