三花智控（股票代码：02050）发布公告称，公司已向股东大会提呈特别决议案，拟授权董事会得以在合法合规的前提下，于2026年6月29日年度股东会上审议通过一般性授权，回购不超过公司已发行H股股份总数（不包括库存股份）的10%。据悉，截至最新实际可行日期，三花智控已发行H股为4.76亿股，此次授权上限约为4765.36万股。
根据公告，此项回购计划将使用公司自有资金实施，并严格遵照中国及香港地区相关法律法规以及上市规则办理。公司认为，回购H股股份旨在优化资本结构、提升股东回报，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。董事会表示只有在评估有利于整体利益及股东价值时才会实施回购。
