On August 20, a Guangdong netizen posted a video claiming that when ordering "Pin Hao Fan" takeout, the delivery rider referred to the food as "dog food" during delivery. The customer felt offended and called to ask the rider why such language was used. The rider reportedly responded: "We're used to calling it that, our platform calls it dog food." When the customer pressed further, the rider allegedly said: "If you have a problem with it, don't eat it, just get a refund."

In response to inquiries, Meituan's customer service stated that the company has not found any related orders after investigation. According to their verification, this was not a Pin Hao Fan order, nor was the delivery person a Meituan rider.
