2026年7月3日，翰思艾泰-B（股票代码：03378）发布公告，披露于当日在香港联交所场内回购48,700股H股普通股，占该次回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.036%，涉及资金总额港币1,396,634元，即约139.66万港元。此次回购价区间介乎每股港币27.96元至28.96元，回购股份将作为库藏股持有。
公告显示，本次回购后，公司已发行股本(不包括库藏股)变更为134,458,530股，库藏股股数增加至1,760,300股，股本总数维持在136,218,830股。根据公告，股东大会已于2026年6月24日通过了回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为13,469,683股。截至本次交易后，公司累计回购股份238,300股，占回购授权通过之日公司已发行股本(不包括库藏股)总数约0.1769%。公告同时披露，自本次回购日起至2026年8月2日期间，公司将暂缓新股发行或再次出售、转让库藏股的行为。
