亿腾嘉和医药集团有限公司（06998）于2026年7月14日公告称，当日于香港联合交易所回购20万股普通股，占回购前已发行股本的约0.01%，回购价格介乎每股1.81港元至1.90港元，涉资约37.25万港元。此次回购的股份被列为库藏股份，变动后公司已发行股本维持2,014,041,774股，其中不含库藏股的已发行股份为1,990,128,274股，库藏股数增至23,913,500股。
本次股份回购依据公司于2026年6月26日通过的购回授权进行。公司可购回股份的总数为199,074,827股，截至目前已合计回购620,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份数目的约0.03%。由此推算，公司还剩余198,454,827股的购回额度。根据香港联交所相关规定，该次回购后暂时不得在2026年8月13日之前发行新股或出售、转让任何库藏股份。
公司在公告中确认，其董事会已正式批准本次购回事项，并严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规的规定。有关文件已按规定提交香港联合交易所以及公司注册处，并完成相应法律程序。
