On February 6, the Greater Khingan branch of Postal Savings Bank Of China Co.,Ltd. was penalized for failing to submit account opening, modification, and cancellation documents to the People's Bank of China within the required timeframe or omitting such submissions entirely. The bank was also cited for not conducting proper customer due diligence as mandated. As a result, the branch received a formal warning and was fined 32,346 yuan.
