TRUE PARTNER Announces Revised Board Structure and Committee Line-up

True Partner Capital Holding Limited disclosed an updated governance framework dated 21 May 2026. The Board now consists of eight directors: five executive and three independent non-executive members.

Executive representation includes Chairman Chan Heng Fai Ambrose, Chief Executive Officer Ralph Paul Johan van Put, Tobias Benjamin Hekster, Lui Wai Leung Alan and Lim Sheng Hon Danny.

Independent oversight is provided by Wu William Wai Leung, Wong Hiu Pan and Wong Tat Keung.

Committee assignments are as follows: • Audit Committee – chaired by Wu William Wai Leung with members Wong Hiu Pan and Wong Tat Keung. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Wu William Wai Leung, joined by Chan Heng Fai Ambrose, Ralph Paul Johan van Put, Wong Hiu Pan and Wong Tat Keung. • Nomination Committee – chaired by Wu William Wai Leung with Chan Heng Fai Ambrose, Ralph Paul Johan van Put, Wong Hiu Pan and Wong Tat Keung as members.
