Apr 22

On 22 April 2026, Xin Yuan Enterprises Group Limited released the English and Chinese versions of its latest Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting on both the company website (www.xysgroup.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders and the investing public to access these documents online, emphasising a “website‐version first” approach for current and future corporate communications.

Non-registered holders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access can request printed copies at no cost. To obtain hard-copy materials, recipients must complete the enclosed request form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, via the prepaid mailing label or by email to 1748-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders opting for electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their designated intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to receive electronic notices of publication. Until a valid email is on file, notices will be sent in printed form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays) or via email at 1748-ecom@vistra.com.

The notification was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Mr Chen Jiagan on behalf of the board.
