Progressive Path Affirms Stable Share Capital and Adequate Public Float in August 2026 Return

Progressive Path Group Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, indicating no changes in either authorised or issued share capital and confirming full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at HKD 100.00 million, represented by 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each. Issued share capital also held steady at 415.00 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding or created during the month.

Progressive Path confirmed that at least 25% of its issued ordinary shares were held by the public as at 31 August 2026, satisfying Main Board Rule 13.32D(1). Throughout the month, the group executed no share repurchases, cancellations, grants, exercises, or conversions. The company also reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other arrangements that could further alter its share count.

The return was submitted on 1 September 2026 by company secretary Li Kin Fung.
