Century Entertainment International (00959) has announced that Mr. Michael Tan Defensor, an Independent Non-Executive Director, has been re-designated as a Non-Executive Director. As a result of this re-designation, he has also resigned from his positions as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Audit Committee, and Compliance Committee, effective from February 2, 2026. Ms. Huo Chengxin has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Compliance Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee, effective from the same date, February 2, 2026.
