The filing under Main Board Rule 13.25C confirms: • No movements in authorised or issued share capital, and no creation, conversion, or cancellation of options, warrants, or other equity-linked instruments during the month. • Continued compliance with the Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement. • All statutory and regulatory obligations regarding prior issuances remain fully satisfied, as affirmed by the company secretary.
