GLOBAL M HLDG (08063) announced that Feng Weizheng has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and corporate governance committee, effective November 4, 2025, due to the need to dedicate more time and effort to his personal business. To fill the vacancy left by Feng Weizheng's resignation, executive director Wu Yan has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and corporate governance committee, effective November 4, 2025.
