中国安储能源集团有限公司（简称“中国安储能源”，股票代码：02399）4月20日公告称，董事会拟于股东周年大会上寻求股东批准增加法定股本，以提升公司筹集资金的灵活性，支持未来业务增长。
根据公告，中国安储能源当前法定股本为1000万港元，分为40亿股股份，其中已发行35.71394亿股。建议通过增设40亿股未发行股份，将法定股本增加至2000万港元，股份总数相应增至80亿股。新增股份一经发行，将在各方面与现有股份享有同等地位。
董事会表示，增加法定股本旨在为公司筹集资金提供更大灵活性，从而促进未来业务增长，符合公司及股东整体利益。公告同时指出，截至目前，董事会暂无发行新增法定股本任何部分的计划。
待增加法定股本生效后，假设期间无股份发行或购回，公司法定股本将为2000万港元（80亿股），其中已发行股份仍为35.71394亿股，法定未发行股份为44.28606亿股。
公司将根据上市规则，尽快刊发载有增加法定股本详情及股东周年大会通告的通函。股东周年大会定于2026年5月27日举行。
