本次回购完成后，鹰瞳科技-B已发行股份（不包括库藏股）变动为100,604,513股，库藏股数量增至2,963,500股。公司购回授权决议获通过日期为2026年6月26日，可根据授权购回的股份总数为10,137,961股；截至本次购回，鹰瞳科技-B已根据授权累计回购775,100股，占购回授权决议通过当日已发行股份总数的0.7646%。公司确认本次交易已获得董事会正式批准，并遵循相关上市规则及法律法规。本公告由公司董事张大磊签署。
