香格里拉(亚洲)有限公司（00069）7月31日公告称，根据董事会对最新未审计中期业绩的初步审阅，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月，集团录得的经营应占溢利（不包括非营运项目）不少于8,700万美元，较上年同期的5,100万美元增加不少于70%。
公告显示，约1,500万美元的正面汇兑影响推动了上述增长。若剔除汇兑因素，期内经营应占溢利将不少于8,100万美元，较去年同期的6,000万美元提升不少于35%。
公司表示，业绩改善主要得益于经营效率提升及每间可供出租客房收入增加，同时积极的库务管理亦使利息开支下降。
目前，香格里拉(亚洲)仍在落实2026年上半年中期业绩，有关财务数据尚待核数师及审计与风险委员会审核。公司计划于2026年8月底前披露正式中期业绩，并提醒投资者买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
