PROSPER FUTURE: No Share Capital Changes in May; Issued Shares Steady at 2.20 Billion, Public Float Meets 25% Rule

Prosperous Future Holdings Limited (PROSPER FUTURE) reported no movements in its share capital for May 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 01 June 2026.

Total authorised share capital remained at HKD 50.00 million, representing 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. Issued shares stood unchanged at 2.20 billion, equivalent to a 44.07% utilisation of the company’s authorised limit. The firm held no treasury shares at month-end.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement. No shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the month, and no treasury shares were transferred. Consequently, no funds were raised in May.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 25 June 2021, there were no exercises or grants in the period. The scheme still allows for up to 191.21 million additional ordinary shares to be issued upon future option exercises.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements were outstanding or utilised during the month.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Li Kin Ping, who confirmed adherence to all relevant Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
