公告显示，上述回购计划需在股东周年大会上获得批准。公司指出，资金将依据百慕达法及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则等适用法律法规，从可合法用于回购的来源拨付。董事会认为，此举有助于提升股东回报，并将在资金及市场状况允许时，择机实施。
根据公告对过去12个月的股价信息统计，公司股份最高价约为5.10港元（出现于2026年1月），最低价约为2.13港元（出现于2025年4月）。董事会表示，未来如实际进行股份购回，所回购股份可予注销或作为库存股份持有，并认为该授权符合公司及股东整体利益。
公告另示，股东周年大会预定于2026年5月11日下午举行，公司将于2026年5月6日至5月11日暂停办理股份过户，以确定有权出席及表决的股东资格。上述股份购回授权最终结果，将以股东大会投票决议为准。
