特朗普提交美国钢铁销售安全协议提案
6月14日，特朗普正式批准新日铁公司收购美国钢铁公司，这是围绕这家标志性美国公司出售的长期纠纷的最新里程碑。受此消息提振，美国钢铁美股盘后上涨5%。
根据白宫周五发布的行政命令，特朗普政府向这两家公司提交了一份拟议的国家安全协议，并修改了前总统拜登阻止该交易的举动。
只要这些公司遵守政府的条款（也称为缓解协议，在美国外国投资委员会的审查中很常见），该命令就会批准出售。
新日铁和美国钢铁公司尚未立即回应置评请求。安全协议草案的条款目前尚不清楚。
特朗普本周早些时候表示，美国将获得交易后公司所谓的“黄金股”，但目前尚不清楚这将意味着什么，以及是否相当于股权。
特朗普和拜登都曾数月反对该协议，直到前总统于今年1月否决了该协议。特朗普后来改变了立场，坚称该协议将保住美国的钢铁就业岗位。
