CHINFMINING: USD 300 Million Zero-Coupon Convertible Bonds Issued; September Share Base Steady at 3.90 Billion

China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (CHINFMINING) reported that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 3.90 billion ordinary shares as of 30 September 2026, with no treasury shares outstanding.

During the month, the company completed the issuance of USD 300.00 million zero-coupon convertible bonds maturing in 2031 (Stock Code: 40680) at a conversion price of HKD 22.18 per share. Full conversion would result in up to 106.04 million new shares, equivalent to approximately 2.72 % of the current share base, but no shares were actually issued in September.

The company confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % as at month-end and that all regulatory and listing conditions related to securities issuance were satisfied.
