Hung Hing Printing posts unchanged share capital in June 2026 monthly return; public float remains compliant

Hung Hing Printing Group Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 02 July 2026, covering the period ended 30 June 2026.

The filing confirms that the company’s issued ordinary share count remained stable throughout June. Total issued shares (excluding treasury stock) closed the month at 907.86 million, identical to the balance at the end of May. No treasury shares were held or created, and no share repurchases, cancellations or redemptions occurred.

The company further affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% for its ordinary shares as at 30 June 2026.

The report notes zero activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked agreements during the month.

The submission was signed by Company Secretary Shek Kwok Man, who confirmed that all requisite approvals and regulatory filings related to prior securities issuances remain in full compliance with Hong Kong listing rules.
