SKYFAME REALTY (00059) has announced that Xue Hanrong has resigned as (i) the company secretary and (ii) the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange due to a desire to allocate more time to personal matters, effective October 17, 2025. Following Xue's resignation, the board has appointed Executive Director Zhang Guocheng as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05, effective October 17, 2025. Additionally, the company remains suspended from trading.
