丰盛生活服务有限公司（00331）7月7日公告称，独立非执行董事、公司审核委员会主席兼薪酬委员会成员邝志强先生已于2026年7月6日离世。董事会向其家属致以慰问，并感谢其任内贡献。
邝志强先生离世后，公司产生以下变化： 1. 审核委员会主席职位出现空缺； 2. 薪酬委员会现由两名执行董事及两名独立非执行董事组成，不再由独立非执行董事占多数。
根据香港联交所《上市规则》第3.21条及第3.25条，公司须在2026年7月6日起三个月内： (a) 委任一名独立非执行董事出任审核委员会主席； (b) 委任一名独立非执行董事加入薪酬委员会。
公司表示，将在适当时候另行发布公告披露相关任命。
截至公告日，董事会成员包括： 非执行董事：郑家纯博士（主席）； 执行董事：杜惠恺先生（主席）、林炜瀚先生（执行副主席兼首席执行官）（同时担任郑家纯博士之替任董事）、杜家骏先生、李国邦先生、孙强华先生、郑振辉博士及陈祖伟先生； 独立非执行董事：许照中先生、李均雄先生、梁蕴庄女士及Martin Nicholas Hadaway先生。
