Bay Area Dev Generates RMB 343.24 Million Toll Revenue in May 2026, Led by GS Superhighway

Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (Bay Area Dev) reported unaudited toll revenue of RMB 343.24 million for May 2026 across its three expressway projects.

The GS Superhighway remained the primary contributor, delivering RMB 194.56 million for the month with an average daily toll revenue of approximately RMB 6.28 million. The GZ West Superhighway added RMB 83.45 million (average daily: RMB 2.69 million), while the Coastal Expressway (Shenzhen Section) recorded RMB 65.23 million (average daily: RMB 2.10 million).

Management highlighted that a five-day toll-free policy for small passenger vehicles with up to seven seats was in effect during the month, potentially affecting revenue comparisons. All figures are compiled from internal unaudited records and may be subject to adjustments during subsequent settlements, as noted in the company’s cautionary statement.
