长风药业股份有限公司（股票代码：02652）于2026年5月22日发布公告，披露公司当日在香港联交所场内回购合共100,000股H股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）总数的约0.0332%。本次回购每股价格介乎18.86港元至19.8港元，合计耗资约191.59万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）数量降至301,222,586股，库存股份增至1,001,000股，总已发行股份保持为302,223,586股。公告显示，长风药业已于2025年12月16日通过购回授权，授权可回购股份总数为30,222,358股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权在香港联交所及其他证券交易所合共回购1,001,000股，尚余29,221,358股授权额度。
长风药业确认，本次交易已获董事会正式授权批准，严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规开展。
