Graphex Group (06128) has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhao Aiyong as an executive director of the company. Additionally, Mr. Ren Chunyu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company. Mr. Ren will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee. These appointments are effective from March 25, 2026.
