报告期内，公司已发行普通股数量累计保持13,243,397,000股，未发生任何新增发行、购回或注销，库存股份维持为0股，股本规模未发生变化。在股权激励方面，酌情长期激励计划期间未有新增股份发行或从库存股转让，计划现剩余股份期权与上月末保持一致。此外，酌情受限制股份单位计划、新受限制股份单位计划、基于股份的报酬计划及员工投注计划下本月共计有876,346个受限制股份单位被注销。
公告同时提及，公司已确认截至2026年4月末，充分满足香港联交所及相关监管规定的公众持股量要求，符合上市合规性标准。公司进一步表示，本月所有证券发行及任何库存股份的处置均获得董事会批准，并遵守适用的上市规则及法律法规。
