弘海高新资源有限公司于2026年3月2日发布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报表，显示本月公司已发行股本及注册股本均未发生变动，股本结构维持稳定。
本报告期内，公司注册股本仍为100亿股，每股面值0.1港元，总额约10亿港元。已发行股份（不含库存股）维持在245,536,916股，月内无新增发行、购回或注销股份。公司目前持有零库存股份，公众持股量符合香港联交所的最低要求。
关于股份期权部分，公司在2023年6月21日采纳的一项2023年购股权计划下，整体期权余额为16,134,771份。报告期内无因行使期权而新增发行股份或转让库存股的情况，亦无任何购回及注销信息披露。
公司在月报中确认严格遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规规定，所有可能触及公司股本变动的计划或协议均履行了必要的程序。月报由公司秘书郑安怡签署。
