WELIFE TECH (01703) has announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on April 13, 2026. A total of 230 million placement shares were successfully allotted to no fewer than six placees. The net proceeds from the placement amount to approximately HK$13.6 million.
