MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech Corporation expects to report revenue of no less than US$153 million and a net loss of no more than US$25 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to a preliminary results forecast filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The first-half performance marks the initial full consolidation of the cardiac rhythm management (CRM) business acquired on 19 December 2025. Management attributed the revenue expansion to steady global CRM growth and accelerated commercialisation of the VitaFlow Liberty transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) system.
Key operating highlights for the reporting period include: • Double-digit growth in cardiac pacemaker implantations in mainland China. • More than 350% year-on-year increase in non-China VitaFlow Liberty implantations across over 40 countries, including a single-month record exceeding 250 units. • Ongoing cost-reduction and expense-control initiatives, alongside integration measures aimed at unlocking synergies from the CRM acquisition.
The forecast figures are based on unaudited management accounts and may be adjusted when the interim results are finalised. The company plans to release its detailed interim report in August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
