康圣环球(09960)于2026年7月16日发布公告称，公司当日于香港联合交易所场内回购普通股58,000股，约占本次回购前已发行股份总数的0.00561%。回购价格介乎每股0.96港元至0.98港元，总涉资56,254.20港元，折合约5.63万港元。
回购完成后，公司于2026年7月16日的已发行股本降至1,033,492,640股，库存股增加至7,834,000股，合计1,041,326,640股。公告同时显示，回购授权决议于2026年6月5日通过，公司可回购的授权总数为103,426,264股，截至目前已于香港联交所或其他交易所累计回购770,000股，占该授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数的约0.07445%。
公司确认本次回购严格遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由执行董事、首席财务官兼公司秘书柴海节签署。
