DEEP SOURCE (00990) has announced that all conditions precedent under the respective subscription agreements have been fulfilled. Consequently, the subscription has been completed, with a total of 515 million new shares allotted and issued to the subscribers on February 13, 2026. The net proceeds from the subscription, after deducting related expenses, amount to approximately HK$355 million.
