Frontage 2025 ESG Report: Renewable Power Jumps 38%, Waste Intensity Drops 5%, No Environmental Breaches Recorded

Frontage Holdings Corporation released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, highlighting significant progress across key sustainability indicators.

Environmental Performance • Zero environmental violations were reported during the year. • Renewable electricity consumption rose 38% year-on-year to 4,911.55 MWh, lifting the share of clean power in the energy mix. • Non-hazardous waste generation density fell 5% versus 2024, while hazardous waste was 100% compliantly disposed. • Water-consumption intensity decreased 1% year-on-year. • Scope 1 emissions reached 4,241.60 tCO₂e and Scope 2 emissions 20,289.69 tCO₂e; the company targets a 15% reduction in combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity by 2030 (base year 2019) and carbon neutrality by 2060.

Operational Targets and Risk Management • Total energy-consumption density stood at 0.28 MWh per USD 1,000 of revenue; a 30% reduction from the 2019 baseline is aimed for by 2030. • Climate-risk governance is overseen by the Board and an ESG Working Group, with scenario analysis and a full Scope 3 inventory under development.

Social Indicators • Product and service complaint handling rate maintained at 100%; major quality deviations and laboratory biosafety incidents were zero. • Senior management gender split was 75% male and 25% female; all Board members completed anti-corruption training. • During 2025, community initiatives included food, blood and toy drives, with charitable donations totaling USD 0.01 million.

Supply-Chain Oversight • Forty-three suppliers underwent ESG assessments, achieving a 100% pass rate; no suppliers were downgraded or removed.

Workforce and Safety • The employee training coverage rate reached 89%, averaging 27.24 training hours per employee. • No work-related fatalities were recorded, and 562 workdays were lost to injuries. • The company reaffirmed zero tolerance for child or forced labour and upholds freedom of association.

Governance • The Board confirmed the report contains no false statements and was approved on 30 March 2026. Frontage remains in full compliance with applicable ESG regulations, including those of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
