Café de Coral Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 156,000 ordinary shares on 03 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging between HKD 5.23 and HKD 5.30, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 5.28 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.82 million.
Including this latest purchase, Café de Coral has bought back 732,000 shares since launching its current mandate on 19 August 2026. The cumulative volume represents 0.13% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date and utilises roughly 1.28% of the 57.37 million-share authorization.
All shares repurchased between 31 August and 03 September—amounting to 732,000 shares—are intended for cancellation and have not yet been retired from the register. As of 03 September 2026, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 573.74 million shares.
Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Café de Coral is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 03 October 2026.
