Maiyue Technology Sets 4 June 2026 AGM to Approve FY2025 Results, Board Re-Election and Share Mandates

Maiyue Technology Limited (Maiyue Technology) has issued the proxy form for its annual general meeting, confirming the session will be held on 4 June 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in Unit 808-809, Level 8, Cyberport 1, Hong Kong.

Six ordinary resolutions will be tabled:

1. Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the directors’ and auditor’s reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Board changes and remuneration: • Re-election of Mr. Li Changqing as executive director. • Re-election of Mr. Hu Zhongqiang and Mr. Lin Peigan as independent non-executive directors. • Authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Re-appointment of KPMG, Certified Public Accountants, Hong Kong, as external auditor, with the board authorised to set its fee.

4. Granting of a general mandate authorising directors to allot, issue or deal with additional shares.

5. Granting of a general mandate authorising the company to repurchase its own shares.

6. Conditional extension of the share-issuance mandate by adding repurchased shares back to the issuance limit, subject to a cap of 10% of the company’s total issued share capital.

All shareholder voting will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.39(4). Shareholders unable to attend may appoint a proxy; completed forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, no later than 48 hours before the meeting.

The proxy form also outlines Maiyue Technology’s compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance regarding the handling of shareholders’ personal information.
