CHENMING PAPER (01812) Elects Jiang Yanshan as Chairman

CHENMING PAPER (01812) announced that its board of directors has elected Mr. Jiang Yanshan as chairman of the 11th board, effective from the date of approval until the end of the current board term. The company completed its board reelection on October 28, 2025, with Mr. Li Weixian's tenure as general manager concluding. Currently in a transitional phase of resuming operations and mitigating risks, the board has decided to postpone the appointment of a new general manager after careful evaluation. To ensure smooth operations, Chairman Jiang Yanshan will temporarily assume the responsibilities of general manager until a formal appointment is made. Additionally, the board approved the appointments of Mr. Li Weixian, Mr. Liu Peiji, Mr. Meng Feng, Ms. Zhu Yanli, Mr. Dong Lianming, Mr. Guo Qinyan, Mr. Ge Guangming, and Mr. Yuan Xikun as deputy general managers. Ms. Zhu Yanli was appointed as CFO, Mr. Yuan Xikun as board secretary, and Mr. Zhu Hanliang as company secretary (Hong Kong). Ms. Chen Lin was appointed as securities affairs representative.
