Swire Pacific (00019 & 00087) and Swire Pacific MTN Financing (HK) Launch US$5 Billion MTN Programme

Swire Pacific MTN Financing (HK) Limited, wholly owned by Swire Pacific Limited (00019 and 00087), has announced details of a US$5,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme. The notes issued under this programme will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Swire Pacific Limited.

The announcement highlights that the notes are intended for professional investors only. The medium term note programme has been rated A– (Fitch), (P)A3 (Moody’s) and A– (S&P), applicable to notes with maturities exceeding one year. Under the programme, notes may be offered in multiple currencies and distributed across various global markets.

As outlined, the net proceeds from issuances under this programme will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes within the Swire Pacific Group. The publication date of the offering circular in relation to this programme is 20th October 2025, referencing a maximum aggregate nominal amount of US$5,000,000,000 available for listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The notes will be classified for purchase by professional investors only, as defined in Chapter 37 of the listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
