物业发展业务收入约1.84亿港元，而上年同期为约3.08亿港元。该板块录得亏损约400万港元，上年同期则为亏损1,890万港元。公司表示，业务收入减少主要受中国房地产市场行情及项目交付节奏影响；但亏损同比收窄，归因于相应成本及投资物业公平值损失下降。
