The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong's listing committee has granted approval for the listing and trading of the consolidated shares. As all prerequisites for the share consolidation have been fulfilled, the consolidation will officially take effect on Friday, January 2, 2026. Trading of the consolidated shares on the Stock Exchange will commence at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong Time) on that same date.
