截至2025年9月30日止六个月（2026财年上半年），敏华控股实现营收约80.45亿港元，同比下降3.1%。同期，经调整净利润约11.46亿港元，同比增长0.6%。毛利率为40.4%，较上年同期提升0.9个百分点。公司净利率约14.2%，较上年同期提高0.5个百分点。报告期内，销售及分销开支占营收比重由18.2%提升至19.1%，行政及其他开支占营收比重由3.8%上升至4.5%。

业务分项

沙发及配套产品业务实现营收约55.50亿港元，同比下降4.6%，主要因中国市场消费动力偏弱，以及海外市场部分区域需求放缓所致。床具及配套产品营收约11.19亿港元，同比下降7.4%。其他产品营收约9.31亿港元，同比上升11.4%，增长原因包括铁架及智能家居零部件在海外市场销售表现向好。Home集团业务营收约3.80亿港元，同比增长2.2%，主要受益于欧洲市场需求增长。其他业务（涵盖房地产业务、酒店运营、家居商场及租赁物业等）营收约0.65亿港元，同比下降10.1%，受房地产业务收入减少影响。

未来展望

公司表示，未来将继续在中国市场深化产品创新与门店布局调整，同时加大线上渠道投入，提升整体销售能力；在海外市场，将通过分散化生产基地和完善供应链管理，更好应对关税及国际贸易环境变化。
