JANCO HOLDINGS (08035) announced that Evergreen Hong Kong CPA Limited has submitted its resignation letter dated October 10, 2025, whereby Evergreen has resigned from its position as the company's auditor with immediate effect. The resignation was due to the company's inability to reach consensus with Evergreen on the audit fees for auditing the consolidated financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries (the Group) for the year ending December 31, 2025. Given that certain audit proposals from other professional accounting firms are more competitive, the Board of Directors and the Company's Audit Committee believe that changing auditors will enhance the cost-effectiveness of the company's audit work.
