2026年2月16日，Prudential plc 保诚有限公司（香港联交所股票代号：2378）发布翌日披露报表，披露多项股份回购及已发行股本变动情况。
根据公告，公司于2026年2月13日注销此前已回购的335,257股普通股，每股价格为GBP 11.7278，约占注销前公司已发行股本的0.0132%。注销后，公司已发行股份总数（不包括库藏股）降至2,539,510,032股。
此外，公告显示，公司于2026年2月12日回购571,464股普通股，平均购回价为GBP 11.1616；于2026年2月13日回购612,541股普通股，价格区间介于GBP 10.37至GBP 10.87之间，涉资约GBP 6,498,267.66。上述回购股份截至公告日尚未注销。
公告同时说明，股东曾于2025年5月14日通过购回授权，授权总数为262,668,701股。截至本次公告，公司已在本交易所或其他交易所累计购回68,114,109股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股本约2.615167%。公司确认已遵守相关上市规则及适用法律程序。
