HUAYAN ROBOTICS (01021) has published its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting total revenue of RMB 174 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 0.59%. The group recorded a loss attributable to owners of the parent company of RMB 56.904 million, along with research and development expenses of RMB 35.769 million, which rose by 18.41% compared to the previous period. The loss per share stood at RMB 0.11.

During the reporting period, the group has strategically positioned itself within the embodied intelligence sector, concentrating on core motion components for this emerging field. The company has developed a high-performance, integrated product platform centered on the "motion execution layer" of humanoid robots, establishing a comprehensive product system that spans core components, execution systems, and motion control capabilities. As commercial deployment continues to accelerate, the group intends to solidify its position as a leading upstream supplier in the embodied intelligence supply chain, maintaining increased investment to fully embrace the era of embodied intelligence with a complete range of product offerings.

As of the announcement date, the group has completed the establishment of a subsidiary in Germany and has initiated localized deployment efforts in North America and the Asian region.
