The company's board of directors received a resignation letter from Mr. Yu Zhiliang on June 3, 2026.
Mr. Yu has tendered his resignation as a director of the company, citing his desire to focus on other personal commitments.
His resignation became effective immediately from June 3, 2026.
Consequently, Mr. Yu will also cease to serve as a member of the Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee.
