OOH Holdings projects FY2026 net loss to narrow 77% to HK$2.40 million

Bulletin Express
Jun 16

OOH Holdings Limited (OOH) disclosed that, based on unaudited management accounts for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026 (FY2026), it expects to report a net loss of approximately HK$2.40 million. This represents a sharp improvement from the HK$10.40 million net loss recorded in FY2025, indicating a reduction of about 77%.

Management attributes the significantly smaller loss to two primary factors: 1. Higher revenue leading to an increase in gross profit. 2. A substantially lower impairment loss related to right-of-use assets during the period.

The figures are preliminary and have neither been audited nor reviewed by the company’s auditor or audit committee. OOH plans to release its full FY2026 results by the end of June 2026.

The board urges shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading OOH shares until audited results are published.
