2026年6月17日，叮当健康(09886)于香港联交所回购股份60.30万股，占公司已发行股本约0.04806%，每股回购价介乎0.92港元至0.95港元，涉资约57.13万港元。由于此次回购股份尚未注销，公司已发行股本仍约为12.55亿股，库藏股数量为0。
本次回购基于2025年5月28日通过的购回授权，根据该项授权，公司可回购最多1.3195亿股股份。截至目前，公司已累计回购约7458.25万股，占授权决议通过日已发行股本约5.65%。叮当健康确认所有程序均符合上市规则及相关法律规定。
